Job Summary

We at TechMinds Venture (TMV) are looking for a proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day help desk support and IT operations for a growing tech team. The role focuses on ensuring smooth IT services, quick issue resolution, and excellent user experience across all the cross-functional teams.

Role and  Responsibilities

Helpdesk & Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues
  • Resolve Level 1 support issues (hardware, software, email, network)
  • Manage and update tickets within defined SLAs
  • Provide user support

System & Asset Management

  • Configure laptops, operating systems, and business applications
  • Manage IT assets (allocation, tracking, maintenance)
  • Handle employee onboarding/offboarding (devices & access)

User Access Management

  • Create and manage user accounts (email, shared drives, tools)
  • Ensure proper access control and security compliance

Network & Operations

  • Troubleshoot LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN issues
  • Monitor system health, backups, and antivirus
  • Ensure uptime of internet and internal systems

Documentation & Coordination

  • Maintain ticket logs and knowledge base
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware, ISP, and software issues

Daily Activities

  • Monitor and resolve helpdesk tickets/issues
  • Provide real-time user support
  • Perform system and backup checks
  • Update documentation and ticket/queries status

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support/helpdesk
  • Bachelors Degree or at least certification in a related discipline
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills

  • Location: Federal B Area, Block 4, Karachi
  • Employment type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Working days & timings: 8pm to 5am (PKT), Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays
