Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networks.
  •  Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure IT infrastructure reliability.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • Ensure data security, backup, and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
  • Assist in IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, policies, and system configurations.
  • Collaborate with vendors and service providers for IT procurement and support.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required Skills

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, networking, and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices and compliance standards
