Position Summary: We are seeking a tech-savvy IT Assistant to provide essential support for our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware and software and be able to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- should have worked on networking side like V LAN configurations etc.
- Worked on servers and different protocols like FTP and other network protocols.
- Have knowledge of cyber security.
- Worked on different technologies note JS, Laravel, SQL, unity etc.
- Assist with network administration and maintenance.
- Manage IT inventory and asset tracking.
- Provide technical support for IT projects and initiatives.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s with Technical diploma or certification in IT or a related field.
- Experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- If you have created any project and can present will be a plus.
Shift Details:
This position requires availability during the night shift to support store operations and reporting needs.
