Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
  • Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
  • Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
  • Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet operational requirements.
  • Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on stock availability.
  • Coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory when required.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
  • Maintain compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
  • Assist in inventory audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Support warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock organization.

Required Skills

Qualificaton:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
  • Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning technology.
  • Ability to analyze inventory data and prepare reports.
