Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management systems.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and materials.
Track inventory movements, including receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
Ensure stock levels are maintained to meet operational requirements.
Prepare inventory reports and provide updates on stock availability.
Coordinate with procurement to replenish inventory when required.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of inventory items.
Maintain compliance with company inventory policies and procedures.
Assist in inventory audits and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Support warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock organization.
Required Skills
Qualificaton:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, ERP systems).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
Experience with ERP systems and barcode scanning technology.
Ability to analyze inventory data and prepare reports.
