Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability.
Record and update all inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, returns, and issues) in the inventory management system.
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
Track and report inventory usage, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and organization of inventory items.
Prepare periodic inventory reports and summaries for management review.
Maintain accurate documentation for incoming and outgoing goods.
Verify supplier deliveries and ensure items meet quality and quantity requirements.
Assist in implementing inventory control procedures and best practices.
Support internal and external audits related to inventory.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail environments.
Strong understanding of inventory management systems and processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management software (e.g., ERP, SAP, Oracle).
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
