Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing and maintaining patient welfare case files.
- Collect, organize, and verify supporting documents required for financial assistance.
- Maintain accurate records of patient welfare applications and approvals.
- Update patient welfare databases and tracking registers.
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments to obtain required documentation.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted within established timelines.
- Assist in preparing patient billing documents and supporting records.
- Verify billing documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Organize invoices, payment records, insurance documents, and related files.
- Support reconciliation of billing records with patient files.
- Maintain electronic and hard-copy billing documentation.
- Assist with filing, retrieval, and archiving billing records.
- Perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Prepare reports, summaries, and documentation as requested.
- Respond to routine documentation requests from authorized staff.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of records.
Required Skills
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Graduation degree from a recognized institution.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office.
- Strong teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to a professional healthcare environment.
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Professional attitude, responsibility, and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively with staff, patients, and visitors.
