Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analysis skills to identify business needs, requirements, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with the US team to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure alignment with assigned goals and targets.
- Utilize various analytical tools and techniques to interpret data, extract insights, and drive informed decision-making.

Required Skills
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years in retail industry or similar roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, concepts, and recommendations clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and drive collaboration.
