About the Role

Fulcrum is hiring on behalf of its esteemed client in the Auto Trading sector for the position of International Sales Executive. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about global sales and customer engagement, with strong communication skills and a drive to achieve sales targets.

As an International Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating international leads, managing client communication, and ensuring sales conversions through effective outbound efforts.

Role and  Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound/cold calls to sell vehicles to international clients.

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through proactive outreach.

  • Follow up on existing leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team to support business growth.

Required Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or BPO (international campaigns preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Englishno compromise on communication or soft skills.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
