Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound/cold calls to sell vehicles to international clients.

  • Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through proactive outreach.

  • Follow up on existing leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.

  • Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve performance.

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team to support business growth.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or BPO (international campaigns preferred).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English — no compromise on communication or soft skills.

  • Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Package:

Fixed basic salaries (no negotiation)

PKR 45,000 (undergraduates)

PKR 50,000 (Graduates)

Additional PKR 15,000 For night shift allowance (if candidate is working in night shift)
