Role and Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound/cold calls to sell vehicles to international clients.
Identify, qualify, and generate new leads through proactive outreach.
Follow up on existing leads and maintain a strong lead pipeline.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
Maintain accurate client records and updates using CRM tools.
Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve performance.
Share market insights and customer feedback with the management team to support business growth.
Skills and Qualification:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, telesales, or BPO (international campaigns preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English — no compromise on communication or soft skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure in a competitive environment.
Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented personality.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; undergraduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
Package:
Fixed basic salaries (no negotiation)
PKR 45,000 (undergraduates)
PKR 50,000 (Graduates)
Additional PKR 15,000 For night shift allowance (if candidate is working in night shift)
