Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for promoting our Japanese used vehicles, communicating with international customers, generating sales leads, and building strong long-term customer relationships.

Roles And Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone.
• Promote Japanese used cars to customers in Kenya, East Africa, and other international markets.
• Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
• Assist customers with vehicle selection, pricing, auction information, and shipping procedures.
• Create and manage social media content and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales and marketing targets.
• Keep updated records of customers, inquiries, and sales activities

• Confident and professional personality.
• Good English communication skills.
• Sales and customer-service experience is preferred.
• Social media and basic computer skills.
• Ability to negotiate and persuade customers professionally.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Experience in the automobile or Japanese used-car industry will be an advantage.
