Job Summary:
The IR Subject Specialist Teacher is responsible for teaching and guiding students in the field of International Relations, ensuring they gain a deep understanding of global politics, diplomacy, foreign policy, and international organizations. The role includes curriculum delivery, research guidance, and fostering analytical and critical thinking skills in learners.
Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons on International Relations topics.
Teach subjects such as international politics, diplomacy, globalization, conflict resolution, and foreign policy.
Develop lesson plans, assignments, and assessment tools aligned with curriculum standards.
Encourage critical analysis of international issues through discussions, debates, and research projects.
Stay updated on current global events and incorporate them into teaching.
Provide academic guidance, mentorship, and career advice to students interested in IR-related fields.
Prepare students for examinations and ensure high academic achievement.
Conduct and supervise student research, presentations, and projects.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and interactive classroom environment.
