Call Cafe is currently looking for energetic and passionate Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Call Cafe, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and friendly support via phone.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone with efficiency and empathy.
- Respond promptly to inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs.
- Data entry in various platforms as required.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Fluency in English is mandatory (spoken and written).
- At least Intermediate level proficiency in English.
- 6 months -1 years of customer service experience is desirable but not required.
- Strong listening skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Be able to work Night Shift
