Job Summary
An Intern supports the organization’s welfare and administrative activities, assists with documentation and coordination, and gains practical experience in employee or community welfare programs.
Roles And Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day welfare and administrative activities.
- Support the preparation, filing, and maintenance of welfare-related documents and records.
- Assist in processing welfare applications, requests, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, beneficiaries, departments, and relevant stakeholders.
- Help collect and organize information related to welfare cases and activities.
- Assist in preparing reports, summaries, and presentations.
- Support welfare events, awareness activities, and community initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality of personal and welfare-related information.
- Assist senior staff with data entry, correspondence, and other administrative tasks.
- Follow organizational policies, procedures, and welfare guidelines.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Welfare Board or management.
