Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with team members on ongoing projects to meet deadlines and goals
  • Prepare and present progress updates to supervisors or cross-functional teams
  • Conduct market, competitor, or industry research and summarize findings
  • Assist in the development and editing of internal or external communication materials
  • Help manage social media accounts, websites, or digital marketing campaigns (for marketing roles)
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets, databases, and other records
  • Analyze data sets and contribute to insights or business decisions
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute fresh ideas
  • Support event planning, logistics, and coordination (e.g., meetings, workshops, or launches)
  • Assist with quality control, testing, or documentation of products or services
  • Observe and learn from different departments to gain cross-functional exposure
  • Respond to internal and external inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Document and report on internship activities, achievements, and challenges
