Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying and evaluating suppliers and vendors.
  • Collect and compare quotations, prices, and terms from various suppliers.
  • Support in the preparation of purchase orders and procurement documentation.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
  • Help monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs.
  • Assist in tracking deliveries and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
  • Collaborate with the finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to procurement as needed.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Basic understanding of procurement processes, sourcing, and inventory management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Ethical mindset and understanding of confidentiality in procurement processes
