Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist the IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations.
  • Provide technical support to employees across all departments.
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and hardware.
  • Support software installation, configuration, updates, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory and related documentation.
  • Ensure timely resolution of technical and user support issues.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements and ISO standards.
  • Support implementation of IT policies, procedures, and security controls.

Required Skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
  • Understanding of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common business applications.
