Role And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, filing, and lodgment of Australian visa applications (student, visitor, partner, skilled migration, etc.).
  • Communicate with clients to collect required documents, clarify case details, and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and migration case management systems.
  • Coordinate with registered migration agents to ensure documentation aligns with legal and policy requirements.
  • Monitor updates from the Department of Home Affairs and ensure internal compliance.
  • Draft client communication, forms, and supporting letters as directed by migration agents.
  • Follow up with clients on missing information, payments, or additional documents.
  • Support internal reporting and case tracking for the migration team.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Required Skills

Qualification and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in migration consultancy, visa processing, or compliance-related roles.
  • Understanding of Australian visa subclasses and migration pathways (training provided).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.

Skills and Competencies

  • Experience in Australian migration services.
  • Familiarity with Department of Home Affairs policies and online systems (ImmiAccount).
  • Strong client-handling and follow-up coordination skills
