Assist in the preparation, filing, and lodgment of Australian visa applications (student, visitor, partner, skilled migration, etc.).
Communicate with clients to collect required documents, clarify case details, and provide timely updates.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and migration case management systems.
Coordinate with registered migration agents to ensure documentation aligns with legal and policy requirements.
Monitor updates from the Department of Home Affairs and ensure internal compliance.
Draft client communication, forms, and supporting letters as directed by migration agents.
Follow up with clients on missing information, payments, or additional documents.
Support internal reporting and case tracking for the migration team.
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, International Relations, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in migration consultancy, visa processing, or compliance-related roles.
Understanding of Australian visa subclasses and migration pathways (training provided).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation quality.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Skills and Competencies
Experience in Australian migration services.
Familiarity with Department of Home Affairs policies and online systems (ImmiAccount).
Strong client-handling and follow-up coordination skills
