Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and approachable HR Officer to support our daily HR operations. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, maintaining employee records, and enforcing company policies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR, highly efficient, and dedicated to making our company a better place to work.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and HR reporting.
  • Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
  • Ensure company policies and procedures are followed.
  • Handle employee queries and provide HR support.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

  • Proven experience (1+ years) as an HR Officer, Administrator, or in a similar HR role.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

  • Strong ethics and reliability.
