Job Summary

GE Solucions is currently looking for a HR Executive, someone who has oversight on the development and delivery of people strategy and eagerness to design day-to-day implementation of Relevant HR Policies and strategic initiatives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partnering with the Leads to understand Talent Requirements formulate and deliver appropriate sourcing strategies and attract top talent.
  •  Familiar with Employee Cycle from recruitment to separation from the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of HR-related activities
  •  Enhance Job Satisfaction by creating an engaging culture, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics and trends
  • Pour in creative ideas to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company.
  • Performance management process and developing KPIs to evaluate employee performance.
  • Make sure that the HR staff addresses the employees’ issues, requests, and grievances in a timely manner.
  • Ensure HR procedures comply with labor laws and regulations.
  • Planning and Implementing Compensation and Benefit Plans that are cost-effective and competitive.
  • Provide Support to employees in terms of various HR-related topics and suggest ways to enhance and organize creative training and development initiatives.
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.

Required Skills

Job Requirements:

  • The qualification required will be a Master's in Human Resources or any other relevant field.
  • At least 3 to 4 -years of experience is required in a similar role. ( IT industry experience is plus )
  • Fluent Verbal & Written Communication.
  • Strong knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, and best practices
  •  Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills along with hands on experience on HRM software’s.

Other Details:

  • Working Days: Monday – Saturday (Saturday Alternate)
  • Location: PECHS, Block 6, Karachi
  • Timings: 12 pm till 9 pm
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: PKR 60,000 – PKR 120,000 per month
