Role and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
Post job advertisements and shortlist candidates.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance.
Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Handle employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture.
Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.
Role and Responsibilities:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2 years of HR experience (Fresh candidates may apply for junior roles).
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
