Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

  • Post job advertisements and shortlist candidates.

  • Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads.

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.

  • Assist in onboarding and orientation of new employees.

  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and employee performance.

  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

  • Handle employee grievances and maintain positive workplace culture.

  • Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases.

Required Skills

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 2 years of HR experience (Fresh candidates may apply for junior roles).

  • Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
