Job Summary

Job Location:

Malir City, Karachi.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, employee files, and documentation.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Assist in payroll preparation, attendance, leave management, and HR data administration.
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Coordinate employee orientation, HR training programs, workshops, and seminars.
  • Assist in employee separation processes, including exit formalities and final settlement documentation.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Head of HR and perform other assigned duties.

Required Skills

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in HR operations or human resource administration.
  • Knowledge of recruitment, HR documentation, payroll support, and HRIS.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of HR systems.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
