Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of food items according to recipes and menu requirements.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Store food properly and monitor inventory levels.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
  • Assist in receiving and checking food supplies and ingredients.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Minimize food waste and control portion sizes.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
  • Report equipment malfunctions and maintenance needs to supervisors.
