Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with reporting authority to define job requirements and develop detailed job descriptions for sales positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit with company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, providing guidance and support throughout the interview process.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
  • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on sales hiring.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles and the ability to assess candidates' sales acumen.
