Job Summary

The Aga Khan Education Service, Pakistan (AKESP) seeks a Human Resource Officer to support technology-driven HR operations, streamline systems, and provide data insights that contribute to strategic decision-making. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting HR leadership in the following:

Role and Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and maintain the organization’s organogram to accurately reflect reporting structures and staffing levels.
• Develop and implement automation solutions for HR processes using tools such as Python scripting, Microsoft Power Automate (Flows), and other workflow technologies.
• Maintain HR databases and utilize data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Python) to create dashboards and visual reports.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify key metrics and reporting requirements to support evidence-based decision-making.
• Review, update, and standardize Human Resource Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in line with organizational goals.
• Provide operational support across key HR functions, including talent acquisition, benefits administration, employee onboarding/offboarding, and payroll coordination.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

• The ideal candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Management Information Systems (MIS), or Information Technology (IT), with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, database management, or HR systems.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in HR automation tools, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and basic scripting—preferably in Python.
• They must demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively under pressure, and take initiative in driving HR technology projects is essential for success in this role.
