Role and Responsibilities:


  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping our company culture, ensuring compliance with USA employment laws, and overseeing all aspects of the HR function.
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our company goals and USA corporate culture.
  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
  • Stay up to date on all relevant USA employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR processes.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters employee engagement and retention.
  • Oversee all HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee records management.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.
  • Partner with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.

Required Skills


  • Master’s degree in human resources management or a related field
  • Should have minimum 05 years of working experience in HR within a USA corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of USA employment laws and regulations.
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining positive company cultures.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HR software and information systems.
  • Ability to work and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to work within a USA time zone to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and timely responses to employee inquiries.

  • This is a full-time, office-based position and requires working of 10 hours a day six days a week from Monday to Saturday.
