Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition across stores and departments
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
- Design and implement training & development programs for retail and management staff
- Handle payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR compliance
- Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture building initiatives
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce efficiency
Required Skills
Educational and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5 to 8 years of HR experience (preferably in retail)
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with HR software and performance management systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
