Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition across stores and departments
  • Manage employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
  • Design and implement training & development programs for retail and management staff
  • Handle payroll coordination, attendance systems, and HR compliance
  • Build and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture building initiatives
  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure workforce efficiency

Required Skills

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 to 8 years of HR experience (preferably in retail)
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with HR software and performance management systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
