Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Design and implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.
Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Promote employee engagement, diversity, and a positive organizational culture.
Advise senior management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.
Skills and Qualification:
Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5–8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
