Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s goals and objectives.

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including workforce planning, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.

  • Design and implement performance management systems and appraisal processes.

  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

  • Promote employee engagement, diversity, and a positive organizational culture.

  • Advise senior management on HR-related matters and workforce planning.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
