Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair treatment.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, employee feedback, and improvement plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
  • Advise management on HR matters, including organizational changes, compensation, benefits, and employee well-being.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs and address employee queries related to them.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure open communication channels between staff and management.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and morale.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, and develop strategies to reduce attrition.

Required Skills

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications a plus).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work well under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in change management and organizational development.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
  • Knowledge of talent management strategies, including succession planning.
