Manage performance appraisal systems, employee feedback, and improvement plans.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
Advise management on HR matters, including organizational changes, compensation, benefits, and employee well-being.
Administer compensation and benefits programs and address employee queries related to them.
Oversee employee relations and ensure open communication channels between staff and management.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to enhance job satisfaction and morale.
Monitor HR metrics, such as turnover rates, and develop strategies to reduce attrition.
Required Skills
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications a plus).
Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
In-depth knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and industry best practices.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate others.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other HR software.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and work well under pressure.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in change management and organizational development.
Proficiency in data analysis and HR metrics.
