Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in the field of human resources. The ideal candidate will possess a master's degree in a relevant field and demonstrate comprehensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of HR management. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources functions within the organization, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
  • Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions and promote employee engagement.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary review processes, incentive plans, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and systems, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations and ensure organizational compliance.
  •  Lead initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational culture.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop workforce planning strategies and address organizational challenges.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to department heads and leadership team, offering insights and recommendations to support business objectives.

Required Skills

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management roles.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office suite.
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.
