Job Summary

AKESP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resource Department in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits administration, data management, and compliance-related processes, within a professional and collaborative environment.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interview coordination, and documentation.

  • Support processing of employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance enrollments, free-ship benefits, EOBI, and SESSI records.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.

  • Support preparation of HR letters, joining documentation, and employee orientation materials.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and regions to ensure timely HR service delivery.

  • Assist in data reconciliation and reporting related to HR operations.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team or supervisor.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Candidate must be enrolled in or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes will be an advantage.

  • Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
