AKESP is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Human Resource Department in day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, employee benefits administration, data management, and compliance-related processes, within a professional and collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including job advertisements, shortlisting, interview coordination, and documentation.
Support processing of employee benefits such as medical claims, insurance enrollments, free-ship benefits, EOBI, and SESSI records.
Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Support preparation of HR letters, joining documentation, and employee orientation materials.
Coordinate with internal teams and regions to ensure timely HR service delivery.
Assist in data reconciliation and reporting related to HR operations.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the HR team or supervisor.
Skills and Qualification:
Candidate must be enrolled in or have recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR processes will be an advantage.
Willingness to learn, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
