Job Summary

GE Solucions is currently looking for an enthusiastic and driven HR Intern to assist our HR Department, candidates who are willing to learn and grow in the field of HR are encouraged to apply.

 

Responsibilities:

Assisting in the recruitment process, by circulating Job Advertisements, doing pre-screening calls, and scheduling interviews.

Should be able to suggest and conduct training activities that overall contribute to cultural development.

Assisting in the planning of company events.

Coordinating & Managing new hire orientations.

Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.

Maintaining & suggesting creative ideas to enhance our social media presence.

Updating & Maintaining our internal database with Employee Information.

Assisting in Content Drafting for Contract & Social Media

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

The ability to work as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

Effective Communication & Presentation skills.

Command on Photoshop (add-on).

Prior internship experience will be an add-on.
