Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources department in daily administrative and recruitment activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and organizational development.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees
  • Help coordinate employee engagement programs and events
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and presentations
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Support attendance and leave management processes
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends
  • Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the HR team

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or currently pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
