Support final settlement (full & final) calculations and documentation
Maintain and update employee attendance records
Assist in handling employee insurance and related documentation
Ensure proper maintenance of employee files and HR records
Support HR reporting and data management in Excel
any other tasks assisnged by the supervisor
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Basic understanding of HR Operations
Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Good communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
