Job Summary

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
  • Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Fresh graduates in Business Administration or Public Administration may apply.
  • This is an internship, so only applicants who have freshly graduated and have no work experience shall apply.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • preference will be given to candidates already residing in Karachi.
