Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal events.
Assist in drafting HR letters, memos, and reports.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Provide administrative support to the HR team as required.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
Fresh graduates in Business Administration or Public Administration may apply.
This is an internship, so only applicants who have freshly graduated and have no work experience shall apply.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
preference will be given to candidates already residing in Karachi.
