Job Summary

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes
  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
  • Support internal communication and HR policy documentation
  • Participate in HR projects such as surveys, audits, and training programs
  • Perform general administrative tasks as needed

Required Skills

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and functions (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
  • Comfortable with multitasking and working in a team environment
