Assist with posting job openings on various platforms and screening resumes
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Help maintain employee records and update HR databases
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
Support internal communication and HR policy documentation
Participate in HR projects such as surveys, audits, and training programs
Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Required Skills
Skills and Qualifications:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of HR principles and functions (preferred but not required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace
