We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You’ll gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of an HR professional and contribute to projects that support the growth and well-being of our employees.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives
Assist in drafting HR communications and updating internal documentation
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements
Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Skills and Qualification:
Educational Background:
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable interacting with employees and candidates in a professional manner.
Organizational Skills:
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Basic understanding of HR tools or software (preferred but not required).
Team Player:
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Open to feedback and eager to learn.
