Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and compliance. You’ll gain insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of an HR professional and contribute to projects that support the growth and well-being of our employees.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other platforms

  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

  • Help with onboarding and offboarding processes

  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives

  • Assist in drafting HR communications and updating internal documentation

  • Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvements

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

Educational Background:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Communication Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Comfortable interacting with employees and candidates in a professional manner.

Organizational Skills:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.

Tech Proficiency:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Basic understanding of HR tools or software (preferred but not required).

Team Player:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Open to feedback and eager to learn.

Professionalism:

  • Maintains confidentiality and handles sensitive information with discretion.

  • Demonstrates a proactive and responsible attitude.

Analytical & Research Skills:

  • Ability to conduct basic research on HR-related topics.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.

Availability:

  • Willing to commit to a [3-month] internship  full-time 

  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid/remote/in-office setup as required.
