Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration.

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.

  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.

  • Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.

  • Coordinate with departments for attendance, leave management, and employee matters.

  • Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • at-least one years of relevant HR experience preferred.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
