We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee records management, and HR administration.
Role and Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process including job postings, screening CVs, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as contracts, letters, and policies.
Coordinate with departments for attendance, leave management, and employee matters.
Support payroll coordination and employee benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
at-least one years of relevant HR experience preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
