Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning:

  • Developing, maintaining, and aligning HR strategies to support a hybrid culture environment. To ensure that HR strategies are adaptable and inclusive, catering to both in-office and remote team members effectively.
  • Work with senior management to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive performance and help the organization achieve its best.
  • Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to guide decision-making.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Develop, update, and implement recruitment strategies and policies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviews, and offer letters.
  • Develop a policy for new employee onboarding processes for smooth onboarding as well as policy management for a smooth exit.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure the effective handling of employee conflict management.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Oversee payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Conduct salary benchmarking and manage compensation reviews.

Performance Management:

  • Implement and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Support managers in performance evaluation and development planning.
  • Identify and address performance issues promptly.

Training and Development:

  • Assess training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Promote continuous learning and professional development.

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures to align with company goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Maintain and update employee agreements and contracts to reflect current policies and legal requirements.

HR Operations and Data Management:

  • Oversee HR operations, including record-keeping, HRIS management, and reporting.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on HR activities and outcomes.

Workplace Culture and Diversity:

  • Promote a culture of inclusivity and diversity within the organization.
  • Develop initiatives to improve workplace morale and employee satisfaction.
  • Implement and monitor diversity and inclusion programs.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated capability in developing and executing HR strategies within a well-established organization, leveraging matrix management principles to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Significant tenure in a senior HR leadership role, with a preference for experience in the IT or software industry, where understanding the dynamics of technical roles and teams is critical.
  • Strong knowledge of human resources practices, labor laws, and regulations, ensuring the organization consistently meets compliance standards and adopts best practices.
  • Proven experience in strategic HR management, with a focus on leveraging data to drive organizational development and achieve business goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for managing internal and external relationships and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team management, capable of motivating staff and cultivating leadership among team members.
