uExel is looking for a hands-on HR & Admin Manager who thrives in a fast-moving IT startup environment. You will play a key role in building our team, shaping our culture, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.
We’re looking for someone with prior experience in an IT or tech company, who is curious, adaptable, and always eager to learn. This role involves managing HR operations, supporting recruitment, handling employee relations, and overseeing office administration.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • ​Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
  • Manage office facilities, utilities, transportation, and housekeeping services.
  • Supervise procurement of office supplies, assets, and equipment.
  • Maintain records of assets, contracts, and vendor management.
  • Ensure effective coordination with service providers, vendors, and landlords.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR and administrative management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
