Job Summary

Role and Responsibilties:

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock room amenities.
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust assigned areas.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times.
  • Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the supervisor.
  • Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and properly.
  • Follow hotel policies and health & safety procedures.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to guests when required.
