Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
  • Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
  • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
  • Replenish supplies such as soap, tissues, and toiletries.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
  • Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards.
  • Follow cleaning schedules and checklists provided by management.
  • Assist guests with basic requests when required.
  • Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage.
  • Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.

 

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for long hours.
  • Honest, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
