Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas.
- Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces.
- Replenish supplies such as soap, tissues, and toiletries.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain hygiene standards.
- Follow cleaning schedules and checklists provided by management.
- Assist guests with basic requests when required.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure proper usage.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Previous experience in housekeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning tasks for long hours.
- Honest, responsible, and hardworking attitude.
