Role and Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily hotel and restaurant operations
• Manage hotel staff, schedules, and responsibilities
• Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally
• Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance standards
• Manage bookings, front desk operations, and reservations
• Oversee food service and housekeeping operations

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:
