Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning tasks in assigned areas of the hotel, including guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and amenities.
  • Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust all surfaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with hotel policies.
  • Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and regulations while performing duties.
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to guests when encountered.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Follow established procedures for handling lost and found items.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operation of housekeeping department.
