Job Summary:
The Hotel and Hospitality Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the hotel, ensuring efficient coordination between departments, maintaining guest satisfaction, and supporting overall business operations. The role involves handling documentation, coordinating staff, managing reservations and records, and ensuring compliance with hotel policies and standards.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative operations of the hotel.
  • Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments.
  • Maintain guest records, reservations, and administrative documentation.
  • Prepare reports, schedules, and operational records.
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone inquiries professionally.
  • Assist in staff scheduling, attendance, and administrative support.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health, safety, and quality standards.
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
  • Support management in organizing meetings, events, and training sessions.
  • Address guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
  • Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in hotel administration, hospitality, or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in hotel administration, hospitality operations, guest services, or office administration is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications may also be considered.
