Job Summary

The organization seeks a Hostel In Charge for its Empowerment Center for Disadvantaged Children in Gilgit city. This is a full-time resident post for female applicants. The employee will be provided accommodation as well as free of cost meals and health insurance.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The In charge will be responsible for the smooth administration of the hostel (including separate girls' and boys' wings).
• She will supervise all daily activities, respond to the students' needs, provide care and support, and lead the staff under her command in timely delivery of all services.
• The Hostel In charge must maintain discipline, implement rules and regulations, and maintain the highest moral and educational standards cherished by the organization.
• The minimum age of the applicant must be at least 35 years.
