Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
- Manage front desk operations, including call handling and appointment scheduling
- Maintain patient records and support administrative tasks.
- Patient Data recording and billing, cash handling
- Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
Required Skills
Skills and Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor
- 1–2 years of front desk/reception experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software is a plus
