Job Summary

Role and  Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally
  • Manage front desk operations, including call handling and appointment scheduling
  • Maintain patient records and support administrative tasks.
  • Patient Data recording and billing, cash handling
  • Coordinate with medical and non-medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelor
  • 1–2 years of front desk/reception experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office and hospital management software is a plus
