Job Location:

Community Based School, near Khowaja Muhalla, Sujawal.

 

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Provide overall leadership and vision to ensure a positive learning environment and high standards of education.

  • Develop and implement school improvement plans in coordination with the management team.
  • Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student performance to achieve desired learning outcomes.
  • Lead recruitment, deployment, and performance management of teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Ensure effective school operations including discipline, attendance, timetable management, and staff coordination.
  • Monitor assessment, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve academic standards.
  • Promote continuous professional development and support staff through mentoring and appraisal processes.
  • Maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and ensure a safe, inclusive school environment.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for compliance, administration, and facility management.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Minimum Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.), Masters in Education (M.Ed.) will be preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in teaching with at least 2–3 years in a school leadership/management role.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, student assessment, and academic planning.
  • Experience in staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
  • Ability to use data for monitoring student progress and improving learning outcomes.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
