Prince Aly Preparatory School, Malir City, Karachi.
Role and Responsibilities:
Provide overall leadership and vision to ensure a positive learning environment and high standards of education.
Develop and implement school improvement plans in coordination with the management team.
Oversee curriculum implementation, teaching quality, and student performance to achieve desired learning outcomes.
Lead recruitment, deployment, and performance management of teaching and non-teaching staff.
Ensure effective school operations including discipline, attendance, timetable management, and staff coordination.
Monitor assessment, reporting, and data-driven decision-making to improve academic standards.
Promote continuous professional development and support staff through mentoring and appraisal processes.
Maintain strong communication and partnerships with parents and ensure a safe, inclusive school environment.
Coordinate with internal departments for compliance, administration, and facility management.
Required Experience & Skills:
Minimum Bachelors in Education (B.Ed.), Masters in Education (M.Ed.) will be preferred.
5–7 years of experience in teaching with at least 2–3 years in a school leadership/management role along with the experience in ECD.
Strong understanding of curriculum implementation, student assessment, and academic planning.
Experience in staff recruitment, performance management, and professional development.
Ability to use data for monitoring student progress and improving learning outcomes.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
