Job Summary

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

  • Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.

  • Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.

  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.

  • Establish and maintain CRM systems for tracking leads and opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.

Required Skills

Skills and Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 7+ years of proven experience in sales leadership or business development roles.

  • Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and digital marketplaces.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.

  • Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).

  • Goal-oriented, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
