Role and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue goals.
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with business goals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses for senior management.
Establish and maintain CRM systems for tracking leads and opportunities.
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings.
Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
7+ years of proven experience in sales leadership or business development roles.
Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales processes and digital marketplaces.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
Experience working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Goal-oriented, strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset.
