You'll own day-to-day operations with our Talent Acquisition team.

Role and Responsibilities:
We want someone who:
Team Leadership & People Management – 4–5 years of proven experience leading HR or Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring accountability and performance.
Operational Execution – Strong ability to drive day-to-day operations, meet deadlines, and deliver results under pressure.
Process Design & Optimization – Skilled at building scalable systems and improving existing workflows quickly and effectively.
Analytical & Data-Driven Thinking – Ability to track metrics such as acceptance rate, hiring velocity, and client satisfaction to drive improvements.
Technical Aptitude – Comfortable using recruitment tools, CRMs, automation systems, and spreadsheets for tracking and reporting.
Systematic Problem Solving – Thinks in terms of systems and root causes, not just isolated issues.
Decision-Making & Ownership – Takes responsibility for outcomes; proactive in fixing problems before they escalate.
Communication & Coordination – Clear communicator able to align with clients and internal teams across time zones.
Adaptability – Balances process discipline with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and client demands.
High Accountability & Reliability – Works independently during the 6 PM – 3 AM PKT shift without supervision; ensures zero dropped deadlines.
